You will drive color narratives and seasonal stories that connect with athletes and consumers while coordinating with Design leadership, Product Marketing, Merchandising, and Development to deliver cohesive brand experiences. Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Design or related field; diverse education acceptable.
4–6 years of technically challenging color design experience.
Understanding of color trends and color application in product creation.
Attention to detail across multiple product lines for consistent color execution.
Familiarity with materials/fabrics, trims, and dye techniques.
Strong verbal and written communication with cross‑functional partners.
Ability to network, influence, and articulate color impact on product and sales.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a diverse team.
