Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in design or related field required.
• 10+ years of experience in color design.
• 2 years in a management or leadership role preferred.
• Ability to mentor staff and drive performance management and staff development.
• Strong presentation and communication skills; ability to present to executives and partners.

• Develop seasonal color palettes that align with brand and consumer insights.
