Qualifications

• 5+ years of product development experience for a color-focused brand.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Team player with entrepreneurial spirit and strong organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product marketing on new product launches, lineups, and shade descriptors.
• Review and evaluate formula and shade submissions with detailed feedback to the CM.
• Source packaging and pair formulas with the best packaging to boost performance.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to solve development issues.
• Ensure all NPD briefs include product codes, EAN, weight, PAO, IL for artwork routing.
• Lead shade extension development from concept to launch.
• Support cost-saving initiatives throughout sourcing and development.
• Review batch submissions and quality across skincare and color lines.
