Responsibilities

• Provide quality coaching and instruction to rodeo students.
• Enforce safety regulations and supervise students.
• Recruit and develop team members for academic and athletic success.
• Schedule events, travel, and manage home rodeos and practices.
• Oversee budget, scholarships, and fundraising with NSU offices.
• Coordinate with athletic departments to promote student-athlete well-being.
• Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with NIRA rules.
• Support community engagement and media relations.
