Job summary

Caterpillar Griffin, GA is hiring for an Assembler III - Cold Test Operator on the 3rd shift. You will prepare components, assemble parts per work instructions, and test completed products while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role emphasizes training and mentoring other assemblers and following SOPs and blueprints. Qualified candidates typically have an associate degree or equivalent, or 6–12 months of related experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Prepare components for assembly.
• Assemble parts per work instructions, SOPs, blueprints, risk assessments and job routers.
• Test or assist in testing the operation of completed product.
• Train others in the assembly process.
