You will supervise daily operations, coach team members, and handle cash, safety, and quality control of beverages and food. Shift flexibility includes early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

This role emphasizes teamwork, quick learning, and strong communication to deliver consistent customer experiences and store performance.

Formación
