Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Ability to direct the work of others and delegate tasks to two or more employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift with craft and heart to provide welcoming service.
• Ensure quality beverages and food products, cash handling, and store safety.
• Coach and coordinate two or more teammates to meet store goals.
• Maintain regular attendance and comply with store policies.
