Gorsuch Coffee Bar in Vail, CO is seeking a Coffee Bar Supervisor to lead daily operations, oversee baristas, and ensure exceptional service and product quality. The role reports to Cafe Manager and requires hands-on leadership to maintain health, safety, and efficiency.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in coffee retail, strong communication, and basic barista knowledge. Exceptional customer interactions, inventory oversight, and shift scheduling are essential in this on-site role at our Vail

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 3 years in a coffee shop or retail food service environment.
Previous supervisory or team lead experience in a customer-facing role.
Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and equipment operation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily coffee bar operations to ensure efficient service and quality control.
Train and motivate baristas to maintain high customer service standards.
Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage stock to prevent shortages.
Ensure health, safety, and sanitation compliance.
