Code Ninjas Wildwood is seeking a Lead Code Sensei Part-time to oversee day-to-day coaching and student engagement. You will guide students through coding projects, troubleshoot their code, and collaborate with instructors to refine curriculum.

This role supports a fun, safe learning environment for children aged 5-14 and offers paid training and opportunities for advancement. The position requires a High School Diploma, strong communication skills, and a passion for teaching.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required or equivalent.
• Experience working with children or education settings is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills necessary.
• Patience, creativity and a passion for teaching are essential.

Responsibilities

• Teach computer programming concepts to students using Code Ninjas curriculum.
• Guide students through coding projects and challenges with support and encouragement.
• Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment encouraging creativity and problem-solving.
• Assist students in troubleshooting and debugging code.
