Job summary

Dorle Controls LLC is seeking an experienced Automotive Cockpit System Engineer to lead the design, development, and integration of cockpit trim components for Slate vehicles. You will ensure target performance, regulatory compliance, and successful PPAP documentation across the vehicle lifecycle.

The role requires 5+ years in automotive cockpit systems, strong leadership, and collaboration with multiple teams to deliver robust IP Trim Plastics to production, while meeting milestones and quality

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field is required; Master's preferred.
5+ years of automotive cockpit system engineering experience.
Experience with FMVSS/IIHS and other regulatory requirements.
Experience using PLM for releasing components and engineering changes.

Responsibilities

Lead design, development, and launch of cockpit system components.
Ensure packaging compatibility, interface alignment, and system-level functionality.
Deliver PPAP documentation and meet program milestones.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper integration of trim components.
