Job summary

Greenfield Engineering, a Saalex Company, seeks a Cockpit Lead Systems Engineer to guide cockpit projects for VH-3D, VH-60N, and VH-92A aircraft. You will lead engineering teams, oversee integration and testing of cockpit avionics, and drive certification and sustainment activities under PMA-274 Presidential Helicopters.

The role requires extensive experience with cockpit and avionics technologies, leadership of multidisciplinary teams, and a strong track record in systems engineering for

Qualifications

• Knowledge of avionics subsystem architectures and cockpit/avionics technologies.
• Experience with FAA certification processes and Navy/Marine Corps airworthiness policies.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage schedules and risks.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering leadership for cockpit systems across VH aircraft.
• Support acquisition, development, integration, testing, certification and sustainment of cockpit avionics.
• Develop technical roadmaps and manage obsolescence/retrofit planning.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and review technical products.
