Portland Lil’ Kickers is seeking high-energy Assistant Coordinators / Lead Coaches who can coach and help run daily operations. This hybrid role combines on-field coaching with program execution and monthly staff coordination.

Local applicants in the Portland, OR area are preferred and must be able to work beyond the summer season. Responsibilities include coaching weekday classes, supporting operations, handling trial customer communications, and contributing to staff development.

Responsibilities

• Coaching weekday morning and afternoon classes.
• Support daily program operations and communication.
• Assist with pre/post class phone/email communication for trial customers.
• Support coach check-ins and team development.
• Lead brief daily training or staff huddles.
• Support weekend programming and front desk flow when scheduled.
