Job summary

Alpha is hiring to place a center-stage role guiding Guides who work with students, helping them become exceptional leaders rather than traditional instructors. You will coach, mentor, and build a culture of accountability, focusing on life skills, leadership, and resilience.

You will manage a cohort of students, leverage data to identify opportunities, and run weekly coaching improvements while upholding high standards across campuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field required.
• 5+ years in education, coaching, or youth leadership.
• Experience leading teams of five or more adults and mentoring staff.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Guides to deliver Alpha's coaching model with consistency.
• Lead life skills workshops for K-8 students focusing on communication and leadership.
• Use performance data to identify coaching opportunities and drive weekly improvements.
• Lead a student cohort and model coaching excellence and accountability.
• Maintain campus culture and ensure standards across Guides.
