Upper Arlington Schools in Columbus, OH is seeking an 8th Grade Basketball Cheer Head Coach to lead student-athletes in skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship.

You will coordinate practices, supervise games, enforce safety rules, and collaborate with the Middle School Athletic Director and the Department of Student Life to provide a positive, inclusive athletic experience for all participants.

Qualifications

• Experience in school or athletics coaching preferred.
• Ability to instruct skill sets and teamwork.
• Strong communication with students and parents.

Responsabilités

• Follows and maintains knowledge of all District policies.
• Instructs and teaches skill sets and techniques for cheer.
• Plans and coordinates practices and game schedules with the Department of Student Life.
• Ensures a certified coach is present at all practices and games.
• Maintains records and completes required paperwork on time.
• Ensures safety and proper conduct during events.
