Linked, LLC is seeking a Scheduling Specialist to own the master CNC production and tooling schedule in Fraser, MI. This full-time, direct-hire role supports our rapid growth and requires strong organization and cross-team communication.

You will plan work roughly four weeks out, monitor for delays, adjust priorities as needed, and ensure efficient machine utilization with clear visibility into upcoming workloads.

Qualifications

• Organized and tech-savvy with strong communication.
• 2–3 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Open to junior and experienced candidates.
• Teachable and adaptable; open to learning new processes.
• Machining experience is a plus but not required.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and changing production needs.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the master schedule for CNC production and tooling.
• Coordinate machine time and production priorities to prevent conflicts.
• Plan upcoming work approximately 4 weeks in advance.
• Monitor production schedules and identify delays or conflicts.
• Identify capacity constraints and potential outsourcing needs early.
• Communicate scheduling priorities with cross-functional teams.
• Adjust schedules as priorities and production needs change.
• Maintain scheduling information and provide visibility into workload.
• Support efficient machine utilization and overall production flow.
