Job summary
Aerotek in Mishawaka, IN is seeking a CNC Programmer / Supervisor to lead 5-axis programming and daily operations in an aluminum extrusion environment. You will manage a small team across two shifts, performing programming, setup, and troubleshooting to ensure on-time, high-quality production.

Qualifications
- 5+ years CNC programming experience
- 5+ years setups/calibrations for production
- Proficient with mills and lathes and 5-axis machines
- Able to read blueprints and specs accurately
- Supervisory experience in a production environment
Responsibilities
- Program CNC equipment (5-axis) per prints and specs
- Estimate time/resources and prepare job cost estimates
- Oversee CNC room operations across two shifts
- Supervise four machinists and three operators
- Support setups, calibrations, and changeovers
- Operate routing/machining equipment as needed
- Review blueprints and ensure parts meet specs
- Use precision tools to verify dimensions and adjust programs
