Custom Pipe & Fabrication Inc. is seeking an experienced Machine Operator IV to run and oversee CNC machinery, ensuring safe, efficient production and product quality. The role requires interpreting drawings, performing GD&T checks, and maintaining logs and documentation.

The candidate will set up equipment, adjust speeds, and train junior operators while supporting continuous improvements in the production flow. A strong mechanical background and safety focus are essential for success.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience may substitute.
• 5+ years of machine operating experience preferred.
• Ability to program a CNC from drawings.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and quick learning ability.
• Willingness to follow written or oral instructions and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Independently start, stop, control, and adjust machine settings to produce quality products safely.
• Monitor machine operation with limited supervision.
• Check part quality with designated measurement instruments.
• Read, GD&T, and produce to drawings.
• Set up machines for production requirements.
• Mentor and train other machine operator levels.
