Job summary

Darwin Recruitment seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to join a growing precision manufacturing operation in Blaine, MN. You will act as the site SME for CNC machining, lead complex manufacturing programs, and drive process improvements across the facility.

You will collaborate with customers, production, engineering, and suppliers to develop robust processes, support new product introductions, and implement advanced manufacturing technologies.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in precision manufacturing with aerospace/medical device exposure.
• Strong CNC machining and GD&T knowledge.
• Experience leading capital projects and NPI.

Responsibilities

• Serve as site SME in CNC machining and precision manufacturing.
• Lead complex programs including NPI and CAPEX projects.
• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for complex components.
• Design fixtures, workholding, and manufacturing solutions.
• Establish standards and translate requirements into validated processes.
