Job description

Position Description

we’re looking for a hands-on leader who can bridge the gap between management and the shop floor. This isn’t a position for someone who wants to sit behind a desk all night. It’s for a machinist who enjoys helping others succeed, solving problems, and setting the tone for the shift. As our CNC Machinist Team Lead, you’ll serve as the primary technical resource and leader for the shift. You’ll help keep work flowing, support operators and setup personnel, troubleshoot manufacturing issues, and ensure production goals are met safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate has a strong machining background across both CNC mills and lathes, understands the realities of a production environment, and takes pride in helping others improve. If you’re looking for an opportunity to lead, mentor, and help build something better, we’d like to talk with you.
