Job summary

Prismhr Hire is seeking dependable, compassionate caregivers to provide care for seniors in a home setting. The role involves light housekeeping, companionship, transportation, and meal preparation, with opportunities for live-in shifts, weekends, nights, and mornings.

Requirements include at least one year of senior-care experience, vaccination and TB clearance, strong English and communication skills, and two references. Background checks are required; CNA/HHA/BLS CPR training is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience working with seniors in a home setting.
• Proof of Covid-19 vaccination and TB Test Clearance.
• English proficiency and excellent communication skills.
• Two references required.
• Proof of a TB test taken within the last year showing clear results.
• Must be able to pass background check.
• CNA, HHA, and BLS/CPR training a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide light housekeeping, sitter care, transportation, and meal preparation.
• Assist with basic and personal care tasks as needed (e.g., incontinence care, transferring, dressing and bathing).
• May work a variety of shifts, including live-in 1-24 hours, weekends, nights, or mornings.

From basic companion care (which includes, but is not limited to light housekeeping, sitter care, transportation, meal preparation, etc.) to more integral personal care (which includes, but is not limited to incontinence care, transferring, dressing and bathing, etc.), our Caregivers provide a wide range of services. They also may work a variety of shifts, from 1-24 hours (live-in), over weekends, at night, in the morning, etc.

Additional requirements include:
