Job summary

Senior Solutions At Home, Inc. seeks experienced caregivers in California to provide compassionate in-home care for seniors. Caregivers perform light housekeeping, transportation, meal prep, and personal care to support independence at home.

Shifts vary from 3-24 hours (live-in), weekends, nights and mornings. English proficiency and excellent communication are essential. Training and references are required.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience working with seniors in a home setting.
• English proficiency and excellent communication skills.
• Two references required.
• TB test within the last year showing clear results.
• Pass background check.
• CNA, HHA, and BLS/CPR training.
• Must be registered with the State.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide light housekeeping, sitter care, transportation, and meal preparation.
• Deliver basic companionship and daily living support.
• Assist with personal care including incontinence care, transferring, dressing and bathing.
• Caregivers may work shifts from 3-24 hours (live-in), over weekends, at night, in the morning, etc.

They also may work a variety of shifts, from 3-24 hours (live-in), over weekends, at night, in the morning, etc.

Additional requirements include:

• At least one year of experience working with seniors in a home setting
• English proficiency and excellent communication skills
• Two references required
• Proof of a TB test taken within the last year showing clear results
• Must be able to pass background check
• CNA, HHA, and BLS/CPR training
• Must be registered with the State
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have valid driver's license
