Job summary

Senior Solutions (Senior Solutions At Home, Inc.) is seeking compassionate and dependable Caregivers to support seniors in Michigan. You will provide essential companion and personal care services, helping seniors maintain their independence.

A minimum of a high school education and a valid driver’s license are required, along with one year of experience working with seniors. Flexible shifts are available, including live-in positions.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Education.
• Valid Driver's license and proof of insurance.
• Reliable vehicle.
• At least one year of experience working with seniors in a home setting.
• Two references required.
• Proof of a TB test taken within the last year showing clear results.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide a wide range of companion care services to seniors.
• Assist with personal care tasks including transferring, dressing, and bathing.
• Work a variety of shifts, including live-in, weekends, and nights.

From basic companion care (which includes, but is not limited to light housekeeping, sitter care, transportation, meal preparation, etc.) to more integral personal care (which includes, but is not limited to incontinence care, transferring, dressing and bathing, etc.), our Caregivers provide a wide range of services. They also may work a variety of shifts, from 1-24 hours (live-in), over weekends, at night, in the morning, etc.

Basic Requirements

• Minimum High School Education
• Valid Driver's license and proof of insurance
• Reliable vehicle

Additional Requirements

• At least one year of experience working with seniors in a home setting
• English proficiency and excellent communication skills
• Two references required
• Proof of a TB test taken within the last year showing clear results
• Must be able to pass background check
• CNA, HHA, and BLS/CPR training a plus
