• Maintains resident confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Observes residents and reports health-related symptoms to supervisors.
• Assists residents with dining, admissions, transfers and transportation.
• Acts as liaison to administrative staff and residents' families.
• Follows HIPAA regulations and organization policies; participates in safety practices.
