Foundation Health Partners’ Denali Center in Fairbanks seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant Lead to provide compassionate nursing care under supervision. The role oversees care quality, mentors staff, and supports the plan of care according to policy and state scope of practice.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care under the direction of a registered nurse or physician.
• Observe, document, and report patient care per policy.
• Mentor and train other staff.
• Assist with daily living activities and vital signs.
• Float to other areas as needed.
