Kauai Care Center, located in Waimea on the Garden Island, invites a Lead Certified Nursing Assistant to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team. The Lead CNA will coordinate care, supervise CNA staff, and support the Director of Nursing Services to maintain a compassionate, patient-centered environment for residents.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CNA certification current in Hawaii and in good standing.
• First Aid and CPR current.
• Minimum 3 months CNA experience in long-term care preferred.

• Acts as liaison between nursing staff and Nursing Managers to promote teamwork.
• Ensure staffing levels meet resident care needs and regulatory standards.
