Job summary

Acuren Inspection, Inc. is seeking a full-time CMM Programmer to support Lab operations in Cincinnati, OH. The role focuses on programming in PC-DMIS and performing calibration tasks across electrical, mechanical, and process instrumentation.

You will read blueprints, apply metrology standards, analyze results, and document findings to ensure equipment accuracy and regulatory compliance. Some travel and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to program in PC-DMIS Software (2015.1, 2019 R1, 2020 R1, 2020 R2).
• Excellent blueprint reading skills and GD&T interpretation required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail is essential.
• Proficient computer and Excel skills; able to work independently or in a team.
• Willing to work in lab and field environments; some travel may be necessary.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform calibration and verification tasks on electrical, mechanical, and process instrumentation.
• Interpret technical manuals, apply calibration standards, and analyze results to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Identify out-of-tolerance conditions, troubleshoot, and perform adjustments or minor repairs.
• Maintain calibration records, support audits, and assist in training junior technicians.
• Perform complex calibrations with minimal supervision and ensure metrology integrity.
