Job summary

AnaVation LLC is looking for a Lead Systems Engineer to support our mission-critical customer in Reston, VA. In this role, you will lead the engineering team, manage staffing and licensing, and mentor engineers.

You will work with AWS cloud services, contributing to 10 core application and data services for Government Agencies. The position requires significant leadership, planning experience, and at least 8-12 years in relevant technical roles.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of relevant technical experience.
• Experience leading AWS Cloud development modernization.
• Experience in classified Government environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering team in customer meetings and Agile planning.
• Oversee staffing, software licensing, and hosting capacity.
• Mentor senior and junior engineers.
