Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; 9+ years of related experience, or 7+ with graduate degree, or 13 years in lieu of a degree.
• Experience implementing and overseeing NIST-based frameworks in regulated environments is preferred.
• Strong leadership and collaboration with government customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as ISSM, providing leadership, governance, and oversight of cybersecurity strategy and compliance across programs.
• Oversee system security architecture, policies, and procedures aligning with enterprise objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Lead risk management, authorization support, control implementation oversight, assessment coordination, and continuous monitoring.
• Ensure security is embedded in development and operations through DevSecOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Guide cloud-based and hybrid architectures with Zero Trust and enterprise security principles.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to sustain secure-by-design practices throughout the system lifecycle.
