JPMorganChase is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to drive cloud-native platform services in the Corporate Sector. You will lead the design, development, and delivery of secure, scalable software across multiple domains, mentoring engineers and shaping architecture.

You will apply advanced programming skills (Java, Go, Python), cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP), and AI-assisted tooling to improve reliability, security, and speed of delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts with 5+ years of experience.
• Hands-on experience delivering system design, development, testing, and stability.
• Experience leading AI-assisted software development tools with validation expectations.

Responsabilidades

• Develop secure, high-quality production code and review peers' work.
• Lead adoption of enterprise AI-assisted engineering practices and drive code quality, testing, and reliability.
• Lead architecture design reviews and platform service implementations for scalable, secure systems.
• Collaborate with IAM, security, and trust teams to align designs across domains.
• Mentor engineers and promote best practices across the team.
