Job summary

ComPsych is migrating from on-premises data centers to a modern multi-cloud platform. This hands-on Lead role requires migrating the full stack, modernizing applications, and ensuring security, resilience, and cost optimization.

You’ll use AI to accelerate assessment, migration, and automation, with a focus on reliability for millions of behavioral health records. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in infrastructure and cloud engineering, strong leadership, and experience across AWS and Azure.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in infrastructure and cloud engineering with lead-level scope.

Responsibilities

• Migrate on-premise technologies to the cloud across the full stack and ensure secure, cost-effective operation.
• Establish multi-cloud solutions across AWS and Azure with standardized and interoperable workloads.
• Define FinOps practices: right-size resources, optimize spend, and improve cost visibility.
• Deliver globally with optimized workloads and reliable recovery across regions.
• Build and promote Site Reliability Engineering practices including SLIs/SLOs and incident response.
