Qualifications

• 15+ years of software engineering experience, with cloud-native AWS workloads.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS services, containers, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, messaging (Kafka, MQ) and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with monitoring/observability tools (Datadog, Splunk, CloudWatch).
• Strong CI/CD, DevOps, cloud security, and performance understanding.
• Proven ability to lead complex initiatives while staying hands-on.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of cloud-native applications and distributed systems on AWS.
• Provide technical leadership across multiple engineering teams and drive architecture decisions.
• Partner with Product, Infrastructure, and Architecture teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions.
• Mentor engineers through design reviews, code reviews, and technical coaching.
• Drive modernization, cloud adoption, and continuous improvement across the engineering org.
