Job summary

Red Rock Behavioral Health Services is seeking a Lead Clinician for the Cohen Veterans Network clinic in Oklahoma City. The role provides clinical leadership on an interdisciplinary team, delivering time-limited, evidence-based practices to veterans and their families.

As a full-time clinician, you will supervise staff, provide case consultation and mentoring in CBT and other manualized interventions, and report to the Clinic Director.

Qualifications

• Licensure as LPC, LMFT, or LCSW with CACREP-aligned program for LPC.
• Minimum of three years in a clinical setting.
• Minimum of three years of supervisory experience.
• Experience with adults, children, couples, and families.
• Knowledge of DSM-IV/DSM-V diagnoses.
• Experience with PTSD diagnosis and treatment.
• Experience with military populations or veterans preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide program oversight, supervision, and direct service for the Cohen Clinic.
• Deliver evidence-based treatment to veterans and families (individual, couples, family).
• Perform assessments, intake, and documentation; manage referrals.
• Collaborate with care team across disciplines; staff caseloads.
• Provide telehealth services as needed and prepare program reports.
