Job summary

Devereux Florida is hiring a Lead Clinician to provide therapy to children and families involved with DCF and DJJ, coordinating multidisciplinary treatment plans.

Based in Orlando with travel across Orange County, the role requires a Florida license and a master’s degree in a related field. The position offers a full-time schedule, on-call rotation, and competitive benefits including PTO and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology is required.
• Two years' experience working directly with children and families.
• Licensed as a Clinical Social Worker, Mental Health Counselor, or Marriage and Family Therapist in Florida required.
• Bilingual English-Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy to children and families involved in DCF and DJJ systems.
• Deliver intensive services in homes and community settings, assess clients, and formulate treatment plans.
• Consult with and train parents on therapeutic interventions and behavioral programs.
• Participate in on-call crisis and emergency support on a rotating basis.
