Job summary

Trusted Medical PLLC is seeking an experienced Clinical Research Coordinator to support our national clinical research program. The role is primarily based at a single site in Louisville, KY, with occasional hybrid scheduling based on operational needs and research requirements.

You will coordinate studies from start-up through closeout, manage participant visits, and ensure regulatory compliance. Strong candidates have 5+ years in clinical research and knowledge of FDA/GCP/IRB standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, Life Sciences, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical research experience.
• Strong knowledge of FDA regulations, GCP, IRB requirements, clinical documentation, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent organizational, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced clinical research environment.
• Strong team player with the ability to collaborate with clinical teams, Veterans, military personnel, sponsors, vendors, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical research studies from start-up through closeout.
• Support participant recruitment, enrollment, retention, and study visits.
• Maintain accurate research documentation, regulatory files, and study records.
• Monitor study timelines, milestones, enrollment goals, and protocol compliance.
• Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, GCP, IRB requirements, sponsor guidelines, and study protocols.
• Coordinate with investigators, sponsors, CROs, vendors, clinical teams, and leadership.
• Support monitoring visits, audits, inspections, and regulatory activities.
• Assist with clinical data collection, review, reporting, and resolution of data discrepancies.
• Support study budgets, resources, site operations, and overall trial activities.
• Provide a professional, respectful, and patient-centered experience for all study participants.
