Qualifications

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensed in Illinois (IDFPR)
• Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) licensed in Illinois (IDFPR)
• Master’s degree required (education)

Responsibilities

• Provide professional counseling to patients and families in individual and/or group settings.
• Conduct lectures and community outreach; identify concerns and make referrals when needed.
• Document assessments, care provided, treatment plans, and data in patient records and related systems.
• Provide educational support to clinical program staff.
• Participate in marketing activities for Addiction Recovery to hospital, clinics, professionals and the community.
• Provide leadership to support multidisciplinary service provision in the department.
• Model best practices and support implementation of evolving treatment skills and frameworks.
• Assist leadership with orientation and training of clinical team members.
