We are seeking a Lead Clinical Therapist to provide services across PHP, IOP, and outpatient. The Lead Clinical Therapist will provide individual, family, and group therapy, lead PHP/IOP programming, support treatment planning, collaborate with medication management providers, and contribute to a collaborative multidisciplinary team.

What You’ll Do
Clinical Care
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy across PHP, IOP, and outpatient levels of care.
- Facilitate engaging psychoeducational, process, and skills-based groups.
- Complete assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Review treatment plans every 30 days and formally update them every 90 days, or as clinically indicated.
- Monitor progress and adjust interventions based on client needs.
- Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment when needed.
- Support referrals, step-down planning, and discharge transitions.
Clinical Leadership
- Serve as a clinical resource and leader within the treatment team.
- Support quality and consistency across PHP/IOP programming.
- Provide consultation and collaboration related to client care and treatment planning.
- Participate in weekly collaboration with medication management providers to coordinate client care and discuss treatment response, safety, and clinical concerns.
- Participate in treatment team meetings and case consultations.
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation.
- Complete assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, reviews, and discharge documentation.
- Ensure documentation supports medical necessity, clinical progress, and continued care.
- Maintain compliance with ethical, organizational, state, and federal requirements.
Supervision & Growth
- Participate in weekly clinical supervision in accordance with MD state requirements.
- Use supervision to strengthen clinical skills, discuss complex cases, and support ethical practice.
- Participate in continuing education, consultation, and professional development.
- Stay current with evidence-based and emerging clinical practices.
What We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
- LGPC license in good standing in the applicable state.
- Experience providing individual, family, and/or group therapy.
- Experience or demonstrated competency facilitating behavioral health groups.
- Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and client-centered care.
