New Oakland Family Centers is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to provide oversight of PHP and outpatient services, leading a multidisciplinary team of clinical and administrative staff to ensure high-quality care. You will uphold professional standards, supervise staff, and collaborate with directors to optimize operations and treatment outcomes.

The role requires strong leadership, adherence to policies, and involvement in billing, program development, and community outreach.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, or psychology.
• Active current clinical licensure in Michigan (TLLP, LLC, LLMSW, LLP acceptable; full licensure highly preferred)
• 1-3 years of progressively responsible clinical experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee PHP operations with site directors and coordinators, tracking census and ensuring quality care.
• Lead and supervise administrative and clinical staff to foster a high-performing team.
• Ensure delivery of clinical services per policy, including assessments, intakes, individual/family/group therapy.
• Develop treatment plans and maintain clinical notes timely.
• Coordinate discharge planning and seamless transitions.
• Ensure proper billing across Medicare/Medicaid/private payers.
• Mentor PHP staff and participate in clinic operations (HR, billing, QA).
• Lead program development and represent the organization publicly.
