Pinnacle Treatment Centers, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead and mentor the clinical team, ensure high standards of documentation and regulatory compliance, and support program operations.

Qualifications

Master's degree in medicine, chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling, nursing (with a clinical specialty in administration or human services) or other related field, plus 2 years of clinical experience including 1 year with chemically dependent individuals.
Bachelor's degree in chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling, nursing (with a clinical specialty in administration or human services) or other related field, plus 3 years of clinical experience including 1 year with chemically dependent individuals.
Associate degree in chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling, nursing (with a clinical specialty in administration or human services) or other related field, plus 4 years of clinical experience including 1 year with chemically dependent individuals.
Full certification as an addiction counselor by a statewide certifying body (or national cert.) and 3 years of clinical experience including 1 year with chemically dependent persons; completion of a Department approved core curriculum training course.

Responsibilities

Ensures compliance of the clinical program with CARF and all applicable policies and regulations.
Evaluates clinical needs and develops targeted training for staff.
Supervises clinical supervision for teammates.
Ensures timely, complete documentation of treatment services through reviews and digital signing.
Presents material in seminars and group counseling; oversees education within the clinical program.
Supports ongoing professional development of staff and monitors progress and certification outcomes.
Maintains caseload as needed for census purposes.
Performs other duties as assigned.
