Job summary

• Develops and implements psychosocial treatment plans; provides crisis intervention and various therapies.
• Leads multi-disciplinary teams and acts as liaison between clinical social work and patients/families.
• Documents assessment plans and interventions according to guidelines and standards.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
