Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of DSM-5 diagnostic criteria, clinical assessment, and evidence-based interventions

Responsibilities

• Responsible for clinical social work services and comprehensive discharge planning within hospital facilities.
• Provides clinical assessment, therapeutic intervention, crisis management, and psychosocial evaluation for patients and families.
• Develops, organizes, and implements programs, policies and procedures, casework services, and referrals necessary to ensure overall departmental operations.
• Participates in and maintains performance improvement activities to ensure the highest standards of care.
