Job summary

Paycom seeks a Regional Clinical Research Manager to oversee trials across 3–4 sites in the designated region, aligning with VP Ops and Strategy. You will supervise CRCs, coordinate start‑up activities, monitor progress, and ensure regulatory compliance in line with FDA, GCP, and ICH standards.

The role requires 5+ years in clinical trials, notably in urology settings, with strong leadership and communication skills. Travel 25–50% to regional sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Must have 5 yrs experience with conducting clinical trials.
• Urology based clinical research experience highly preferred.
• Held previous leadership roles within an organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in a health or science field preferred.
• Experience with FDA, GCP, ICH and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead research department staff training and supervision across markets.
• Oversee site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and audits.
• Coordinate patient recruitment and regulatory submissions.
• Maintain regulatory documents, source documentation, and informed consent logs.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and effective cross‑functional communication.
