Interdynamics, Inc. invites a licensed psychologist to lead clinical supervision across school-based programs and the Outpatient Mental Health Clinic, overseeing psychology associates and psychometrists to ensure high-quality assessments and therapies.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in assessment, diagnostic formulation, clinical documentation, and staff development, with a commitment to culturally and clinically diverse populations.

Qualifikationen

• Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Neuropsychology, or closely related field.
• Current, unrestricted Maryland psychologist license.
• Experience providing clinical supervision to psychology associates, psychometrists, trainees, or assessment staff.
• Advanced knowledge of psychological assessment, testing, interpretation, and diagnostic formulation.
• Experience working with culturally, clinically, and socioeconomically diverse populations.
• Strong clinical report-writing and documentation skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide licensed clinical supervision to Psychology Associates, Psychometrists, and other staff.
• Establish clear clinical expectations and provide ongoing feedback, consultation, and professional guidance.
• Ensure supervision practices and documentation align with Maryland Board of Examiners of Psychologists requirements.
• Promote ethical, culturally responsive, trauma-informed, evidence-based clinical practice.
• Consult with clinicians on complex presentations, diagnostic questions, treatment planning, and risk management.
• Support a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous clinical improvement.
• Provide clinical oversight of psychological assessment services across Interdynamics programs.
• Review and guide psychological testing, interpretation, and written reports.
• Ensure assessment practices reflect professional standards and client needs.
• Monitor quality and integrity of evaluation reports.
• Assist clinicians in selecting appropriate standardized instruments.
• Participate in quality assurance activities to strengthen processes.
