Job summary

Medix™ partnered clinical site in Plainview, NY seeks a Board-Certified MD/DO to serve as Principal Investigator for industry-sponsored trials (Phase II-IV). This is a full-time, on-site leadership role overseeing medical oversight, patient safety, and trial execution.

The ideal candidate will hold an active NY medical license; PI or Sub-Investigator experience is preferred though strong clinical backgrounds and willingness to grow in clinical research will be considered. Start before January 1.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with active New York medical license.
• Board certification in a relevant specialty is preferred.
• PI or Sub-Investigator experience is preferred but strong clinical backgrounds will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Medical oversight for Phase II-IV trials.
• Conduct trial visits, assess eligibility and medical history.
• Monitor safety and report adverse events per regulations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with ICH/GCP and FDA guidelines.
• Review data and sign off on clinical trial documentation.
