Ardent Health Services in Texas seeks an Administration Lead Clinical Coordinator LVN for day shift at Seton Medical Center Harker Heights. This role leads clinic operations across primary and specialty practices, with emphasis on patient care quality and staff development.

The ideal candidate holds a Texas LVN license, BLS within 14 days of hire, and 1+ years of clinical training; 3+ years in a clinic setting preferred.

Competenze

• Texas Licensure as LVN from an accredited institution.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
• 1+ years’ experience of clinical training.
• 3+ years’ experience in clinic setting (preferred).

• Performs continuing educational training and assessment for understanding of best practices.
• Will assist in the creation and lead the implementation of clinical policies and procedures.

• Trains Wellstone staff on clinical competencies and will maintain/update the clinical competency checklists as needed.
• Assists, trains, and supports phlebotomy needs for Wellstone.
• Occasionally assists with daily operations of clinic.

• Seton Medical Center Harker Heights is an 83-bed acute care hospital offering services such as Cardiology, Emergency Services and a Level IV Trauma Designated ER, General Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, Total Joint Replacement, Gastroenterology, Diagnostic Services and more.

Responsibilities
