Job summary

Rochester Regional Health is seeking a Clinical Leader for Primary Care at the Batavia Medical Campus to guide daily operations and support staff, physicians, and patients in delivering high-quality care. The role is on-site with a Monday–Friday 8am–4:30pm schedule, 40 hours per week, located in Batavia, NY.

The position emphasizes staff development, performance management, and adherence to HR policies while advancing patient and employee satisfaction, financial stewardship, and quality goals

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in nursing required. Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead physician, practice manager and clinical leader to run the day-to-day functions of the practice.
• Demonstrates open communication style aligned with STAR behaviors and the organization.
• Functions as the clinical resource for LPN, MOA and Clerical staff.
• Rounding with purpose on patients, staff, and physicians using AIDET.
• Coaches staff privately when performance is below standard and initiates corrective actions.
• Mentors new clinical staff and serves as ongoing mentor to the practice team.
• Completes annual performance appraisals for direct reports.
