Responsibilities

• Upholds Kaiser Permanente policies and procedures and applicable laws.
• Demonstrates ability to perform duties as a CLS supervisor.
• Participates in direct patient care by informing patients about tests and specimen requirements.
• Recommends new methodologies and updates procedures with supervisory input.
• Provides guidance to other CLS staff and students; assists in lead functions.
