Job summary

The role requires advanced data management skills, experience with EDC systems (RAVE, Inform, REDCap), and the ability to supervise a small team while maintaining confidentiality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Education: college/university degree in related field.
• 5-7 years of work experience in a related discipline.
• Bachelor's degree preferred for advanced roles.

Responsibilities

• Leads and oversees data management tasks for high-complexity clinical studies with minimal oversight.
• Manages document collection/review with PI, maintaining confidentiality.
• Conducts quality assurance reviews requested by sponsors or agencies.
• Oversees study documentation for analysis and regulatory reports; identifies trends needing action.
• May supervise 1-2 data managers and provide performance feedback.
• Leads recruitment for new positions and related activities.
