QualDerm Partners seeks a Lead, Clinical to guide medical assistants and support high-quality patient care in North Carolina.

You will coordinate patient flow, answer EMA ModMed questions, train staff, assist during exams, and ensure accurate EMR documentation and infection-control standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a medical assisting program and internship, or 2–3 years of recent dermatology experience.
• Certified Medical Assistant credential preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, clinical procedures, HIPAA, and OSHA standards.
• Strong communication, organization, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with EMA ModMed is a plus.
