Job summary

QualDerm Partners is seeking a dedicated Dermatology Medical Assistant to join our Cornelius, NC practice. You will support clinicians, prepare examination rooms, record vital signs, and help deliver compassionate patient care in dermatology, skin cancer treatment, cosmetics, and plastic surgery.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (MA certification preferred), strong communication, confidentiality, and experience in a clinical setting with EHR proficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Medical Assistant certification preferred.
• Prior experience as Medical Assistant or in a clinical setting is desirable.
• Strong communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Familiarity with EHR and basic office applications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for examinations by recording vital signs and medical histories.
• Assist physicians during examinations and procedures, ensuring instruments are ready.
• Conduct basic laboratory tests and handle specimens for analysis.
