Qualifications

• Educates patients about medications and diet, and prepares/administers medications as directed.
• Performs in-office procedures and venipuncture or point-of-care testing as needed.

Responsibilities

• Covers nursing roles within the department as needed.
• Initiates CPR and other emergency measures per protocol.
• Maintains patient records and documents interactions in EMR.
• Ensures patient education for results and follow-up education as directed.
